• Eliz Ilieva, EMBA, brings over a decade of experience working with top global CROs.

 

• She began her career in Clinical Operations, contributing to Phase II–IV studies, including global trials

   spanning more than 400 sites.

 

• After nearly five years in Clinical Operations, driven by her passion for business and strategic partnerships, 

   she transitioned into Business Development. In this capacity, she has served both as an individual

   contributor and as a functional lead for teams across the USA, Europe, and Asia.

 

• Her Business Development work has involved collaborations with both emerging biotech and large

   pharmaceutical companies. The majority of her experience has been dedicated to partnering

   with biotech innovators—understanding their clinical development needs and aligning them with CRO

   capabilities to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.

• Eliz holds an Executive MBA from Mannheim Business School (Germany) and ESSEC Business School

   (France).

 

• She mentors Executive MBA candidates at Mannheim Business School and is also a certified Business

   Coach.
